Lovely clean rooms, recently renovated with good taste. Proximity to the funicular railway makes for easy access to the Stanserhorn mountain.
No dedicated lobby space for lounging. instead, a pricey men's boutique occupies that area. Limited drink options at the bar, which allows smoking, making it less family-friendly. Parking is non-existent at the hotel, requiring a search for public spaces, and the sofa bed is rather uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no 'do not disturb' sign available.

The outdoor terrace offers a lovely space to relax.
I faced several issues during my stay. there was no parking available, which forced me to hunt for public spots around the area, making my arrival quite stressful. To add to this frustration, when I requested a pull-out sofa for my kids, I was hit with an unreasonable upcharge and was treated as if it was an unexpected ask. It certainly felt like being nickel-and-dimed for basic services.

comfortable stay with great views
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel at home immediately upon arrival. My double room offered breathtaking mountain views, particularly enchanting during sunset. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options that satisfied all tastes.
However, the keycard malfunctioned on one occasion, which was an inconvenience.

The Superior Triple Room was nice and clean, but a bit small. The main bed was super comfy, and there were great amenities like a TV and hairdryer. Plus, the mountain views from some rooms were breathtaking. The pillows could use some improvement since they flattened quickly, but overall, I slept well. It was a cozy stay with a modern feel!

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the train station for easy access to Lucerne. We also loved being steps away from the Cabrio cable car, making it simple to explore the beautiful mountains. Our room was modern and spacious, with stunning views that added a special touch to our stay.
We found the limited breakfast options a bit disappointing compared to other amenities.
